Description
Rotary Tree Plantation Day, a meaningful moment to reflect on the critical role trees play in combating climate change. Trees are vital—they absorb carbon dioxide, release oxygen, stabilize the soil, and sustain biodiversity. As the climate crisis intensifies, planting and nurturing trees stands out as one of the most effective actions we can take to preserve our environment for future generations. Rotary Club of Jawalakhel Manjushree, in collaboration with RC of Sainbu Bhaisepati and RC Kamaladi Kathmandu, has taken a significant step on 26th July 2025. Together, these clubs planted over 50 trees next to the Avas Gate in Bhaisepati, Lalitpur, with ongoing support from the Division Forest Office Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
